[rancid] Cisco ASA pagination

Maybe useful to someone:

To disable pagination for the session (I think) on Cisco ASA 7.1(2), you 
can send "term pager 0", so I added it after line 784 in clogin.in 1.79.

           send "term pager 0\r"
