[rancid] netscaler 10k load balancer support

Howdy folks,

Has anyone here worked on the Citrix Netscaler scripts (nslogin and 
nsrancid) to reflect the current firmware (NS 8.0, Build 46.14)?  I took 
a look at the scripts in 2.5.2a6 and they haven't changed, as they still 
assume a direct login to the FreeBSD shell, and the old method of 
getting to ns.conf.
