	IMHO, the longer-term issue is not strictly a "resource"
issue, but rather one of how far a path-vector algorithm scales
while still having reasonably palatable global end-to-end
convergence time.  

	That noted, the longer-term issue is being handled in
the IRTF Routing Research Group (and perhaps in multi6),
rather than in Ptomaine.  IMHO, we all need to try to sort
appropriately among the several lists/groups trying to ensure 
we don't hit the wall.
