A flash prom update causes cpu to fail upon reboot |

After using flash PROM FW update program on Enterprise system from cdrom or
patch, reboot returns cpu error;
status 'fail' for '/SUNW,UltraSPARC@x,0' on board x
SOLUTION SUMMARY:
Be sure to power-cycle the machine using the main power switch rather than the
front panel key.
