Attached patch against F4.0.4.23, enables setting user enable or login secrets to use RSA ACE Client library using keyword 'aceclnt' if present on system to perform SecurID authentication of the user.

Requires ACE C client library and headers, supply --with-aceclnt configure option to enable detection of ACE client library.

Patch applies against F4.0.4.25 as well, with a few lines of offset in config.* and tac_plus.c
