[rancid] Using rancid to change Allied Telesis switches configuration

@Dan : Thank you a lot for that solution. It's working really well.

@heasley : I don't plan to add this to rancid-run, i'm just using the xlogin scripts to send some daily use commands via a php script.

and, i would do it outside of rancid; a separate cron job that iterated
through the router.db files and performed actions such as this.
