[rancid] sendmail

Thanks, that is what I thought.  That said, I did have it set.  I'm baffled
as to why it didn't work till I made the control_rancid change.  I call
rancid-run as sudo -i -u rancid, but I don't believe that should make a
difference.  Strange.
