[rancid] SVN issue with CentOS

Hi, I am having problems with SVN after swapping from ViewVC to WebSVN, I 
am getting this error:

Error running this command: svn --non-interactive --config-dir /tmp list 
> --xml 'file:///usr/local/rancid/var/SVN/@'
> sh: /No such file or directory
>

Funnily enough, if I run this command from bash as rancid or root then it 
displays an XML file just fine without any errors.

Any ideas?
