[rancid] Release Authorised RANCID Email Issue

Yes I can do for example  bin/clogin  -c 'show config' 192.168.150.1 and
that logs in without any issue.
If I do a bin/rancid-run that is where my issue is occurring.  I am
debugging the script to see if there is something I need to edit in the
script.
