[rancid] [PATCH] Configurable sendmail options

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a configuration setting for passing
additional options to sendmail?  Currently we're using "sendmail -f..."
to redirect bounces, and something like this can also come in handy for
adjusting delivery status notifications (e.g. "-N failure -R hdrs").

Patch attached -- again, feel free to disregard if this doesn't seem
very useful.
