[rancid] new x460 switch and xrancid

Hi,

Got two new extreme x460 switches which xrancid was unhappy with.  Turns 
out that they don't have the VRRP module which xrancid uses as a "ended 
well" marker.

What they do have at the end is this:

   # Module vsm configuration.

So:
