[rancid] How to upgrade to 2.3.8

I realize this may be a stupid question, but how do I upgrade from RANCID 
version 2.3.4 to 2.3.8?  
 
I've found that some of the issues I've been seeing with RANCID and my 
ProCurve switches has been fixed in the newer version.
