[rancid] Cannot log into Cisco

Have you tried clogin alone to see if it can login?

I made the changes as you suggested, but unfortunately it did not work.  I
still get the following errors;

Judging from the > prompt, the new devices need to set enable mode first.
Remove the "noenable" line or set it to 0.
