Corrected/hushed constant updates by creating new version/copy of Rancid (rancid-noenv) which did not include the "ShowEnv" sub routine, updating rancid-fe to include new rancid version, and updating router.db to include host which was cycling "AC Revision": Hostname:rancid-noenv:up
