[rancid] Problem with Rancid and Nexus 7000

We are running rancid across our N7k's successfully. (2.3.2 - so not
even most recent)

The old "#" in the banner is a common mistake. Any "control characters"
such as '#' really shouldn't be used in banners. Breaks all sorts of stuff.
