[rancid] Re: OK I'm confused, .cloginrc not working

When I upgrade this, should I do it as rancid user or root? Readme
doesn't particularly say so.

-d is right.  if it does not accept it you are not running the latest.
please install 2.3.2a9.  then we can talk.  Also, actually read what
