[rancid] Rancid and APC devices

Just for confirmation, I've just added the APC module our 2.3.1  
rancid install
and have no problems pulling the config from a AP7951 model APC  
device on a debian (sarge) linux box.
No changes to the code were needed.

Only point of note is that clogin errors as it does not recognize the  
ftp method.
I'd say get this added as a permanent rancid module :)
