Alteon scpadm password

Looks like the following password is not removed from an Alteon config
(pieces removed):

- /cfg/sys/sshd/scpadm
".....................7b2e99a09d8a8baa3...................086442f"
+ /cfg/sys/sshd/scpadm
".....................3e6c7788b5ac4d70877ecd..............fd16547"
  /c/sys/sshd/on

I've got my   "FILTER_PWDS=ALL; export FILTER_PWDS"   in env.

This is in rancid-2.2.

Can someone provide a patch to fix this, and include in the next update? :)

Obviously, if i've missed something, feel free to tell me that.
