The Cisco Content Distribution Network (CDN) Enterprise Edition is a solution for delivering TV-quality media to the desktop. You can use CDN Enterprise to deliver high-impact information with on-demand TV-quality video over the Web.
The CDN provides powerful tools for uniting business television with interactive Web content. With its web-based graphical interface, the CDN delivers the features you need to create content channels to organize media, upload media to the CDN, and deliver that high-bandwidth media directly to desktop users on your LAN.

CDN users and administrators interact with the product using a web-based graphical interface to the Content Distribution Manager (CDM), which organizes content on the CDN in addition to providing other administrative functions. The following minimum hardware and software requirements apply to each machine that will be used as a workstation to access the CDM.
