The Greeting Administrator account is a special mailbox used to store personal greetings and distribution list recorded names for subscribers. When an administrator adds a subscriber to uOne, the system automatically creates a set of folders under their Greeting Administrator account to store the subscriber's personal greetings and distribution list information (Figure 3-1). These folders are separate from the subscriber's message mailbox, which stores their voice, fax, and e-mail messages. Subscribers access their Greeting Administrator folders through a uOne interface (e.g. telephone Subscriber Access or Personal Mailbox Administration); they can not access these folders directly through their PC mail client.
Before you start administering Greeting Administrator accounts, ensure that the following task has been completed.
To add a Greeting Administrator account, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Access UMSA.
Step 2 Click on the Global Configuration button.
Step 3 Click on Add an Administrator.
Step 4 Enter the appropriate data in the input fields (Table 3-1).
Step 5 Click on Submit.
Step 6 To add another administrative account, repeat steps Step 3 to Step 5.
You must have at least one Greeting Administrator account on your system. To improve system performance on systems with a large number of subscribers, you may need to create several Greeting Administrator accounts.

Step 8 Enter the appropriate data in the input fields (Table 3-1).
Step 9 Click on Submit
Step 10 To modify another administrative account, repeat steps Step 3 to Step 9.

Step 9 To delete another administrative account, repeat steps Step 3 to Step 8.
