When you record your all-calls greeting, the system uses it for all calls unless you activate another greeting. In addition to your all-calls greeting, you can record greetings that are used for specific types of calls, such as calls received after the close of business or when your line is busy. If you do not record an all-calls greeting or call type specific greeting, your callers hear only your name.
