Logging in to Another Mailbox

This feature allows you to log in to another mailbox without hanging up from your current connection. This is useful, for example, when you are traveling with a group from the office. One person can access the system, log into the mailbox and get messages, and give the phone to someone else who can then log in and get messages.

To log in to another mailbox, perform the following steps.

Step 1 Press *5.

Step 2 Enter your phone number and press #.

Step 3 Enter your PIN and press #.

Note You cannot log into another mailbox if you use Personal Access. Also, you may not have the ability to log into another mailbox, depending on how your company has chosen to implement the system.
