Please note that this CD must NOT be used for upgrades or reinstalls, but for new installations only. If the Cisco uOne software is reinstalled over existing software, it will overwrite existing files including any configuration files and subscriber messages. To determine whether you currently have Cisco uOne installed on your system, please check Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel folder on the MCS-7830.
