Log Into Another Mailbox

This feature allows you to log into another mailbox without hanging up from your current connection. This is useful when you're traveling with a group from the office. One person can access the system, log into her mailbox and get her messages, and give the phone to someone else who can then log in for his messages.

Note You cannot log into another mailbox if you use Personal Access. Also, you may not have the ability to log into another mailbox, depending on how your company has chosen to implement the system.

Step 1 Press *5.

Step 2 Enter your phone number and press #.

Step 3 Enter your PIN and press #.
