This procedure removes all installed COPS QoS Policy Manager components from your machine, with the exception of databases under the QPM-COPS file structure.
Before You Begin
When you uninstall QPM-COPS, your distributed policies are not removed from network devices. If you want to remove these policies, remove them using QPM-COPS before you uninstall QPM-COPS.
Procedure
Step 2 Select the following services, one at a time, and click the Stop button for each:
These services have an associated version number which indicates the version that is currently running on your system.
After you stop both services, click the Stop button to close the Services dialog box.
Step 3 Select Start>Settings>Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs, to open the Add/Remove Programs control panel.
Step 4 Select Cisco COPS QoS Policy Manager 1.0 in the Install/Uninstall tab.
Step 5 Click Add/Remove, and confirm that you want to remove QPM-COPS by clicking Yes.

Note Do not click Cancel during the uninstall process. |
QPM-COPS is removed from your system. QoS databases are not deleted.
Step 6 Reboot your system as directed.
