Troubleshooting CFM Installation
This appendix describes problems you might experience while installing CFM and suggests ways to resolve those problems.
It includes the following section:
If you experience problems with your web browser, you might want to check the following:
- If the desktop buttons do not work, Java and JavaScript are not enabled. Make sure you enable Java and JavaScript.
- Make sure the browser cache is not set to zero.
- Do not resize the browser window while the desktop main page is loading. This can cause a Java error.
- At the bottom of the opening desktop screen, the status bar should indicated that JavaScript, Java, and Cookies are enabled. If any of these functions is disabled, the CFM client will not function. Make sure you enable Java, JavaScript, and Cookies.
