You can use the csrcmw.log and file_tftp_1_log files to help you troubleshoot problems.
The csrcmw.log file is located in the csrc/logs directory, where csrc is the CSRC installation directory (for example: /opt/csrc). It contains error information about the CSRC middleware subsystem. This file is the primary log file for CSRC. When a problem occurs, Cisco recommends that you first check the csrcmw.log file.
You can set the level of logging that occurs to the csrcmw.log file using the LogMgr.log-level parameter in the CSRC configuration file (csrc/conf/csrc.cfg). The log levels are one through five. Level five provides the most verbose information and level one provides the least verbose information. By default, log level one is set during CSRC installation.
The file_tftp_1_log file in the /var/nwreg2/logs directory contains error information about the TFTP server. When troubleshooting problems with the TFTP server, check the file_tftp_1_log file for error, warning, and exception messages. For example, if errors occur when you attempt to reload the TFTP server, you can check the file_tftp_1_log file for error messages that will help you determine what is happening.
