The Cisco Digital Subscriber Line Manager (CDM) provides inventory details for each chassis and for each slot within the chassis. Inventory information can be retrieved about the:

Note At the bottom of each inventory screen, the status of the selected object appears as PREPROVISIONED/NORMAL/COMMISSIONED/DECOMMISSIONED/ERRORED. If the status appears as ERRORED, none of the values can be queried. By default, the screen refreshes every 10 seconds. |
Use the Chassis Inventory Manager window to view the Entity Asset Data parameters, which identify the chassis.
To view the Chassis Inventory Manager window:

The Chassis Inventory Manager window is read-only, and you can select only one entry from the list box. By default, the first chassis object is selected in the list box.
The Chassis Inventory Manager window contains a single Entity Asset Data tab which displays the following information for the selected Chassis object:
Use the Inventory option to view the Physical Entity parameters of the NI-2 card.
To view the NI-2 Inventory window:
Step 2 The NI-2 Inventory window appears (Figure 4-2).

The NI-2 Inventory window is a read-only window containing two list-boxes, choose a chassis and an associated NI-2. You can select only one entry from each list box. By default, the first object is selected in each list box.
The NI-2 Inventory window contains a single Physical Entity parameters tab, which displays the following information for the selected NI-2 object:
Use the Line Card Inventory window to view inventory information about a DMT line card.
To access the Line Card Inventory window:
Step 2 The Line Card Inventory window appears (Figure 4-3).

Step 3 Select the required chassis and line card from the list box. DMT card details are provided for the default line card highlighted in the list box. The following information appears:
