ARP discovers the MAC addresses that correspond to the IP address for a given host.
The Current ARP Table maps the IP address to the MAC address and shows the VLAN ID. For example, a table entry of "Internet 171.71.93.161 186 0000.0c07.ac01 ARPA VLAN1" means:
| ARP Entry | Description |
| Internet 171.71.93.161 | IP address |
| 186 | Age of the entry in minutes |
| 0000.0c07.ac01 | MAC address |
| ARPA | Encapsulation method |
| VLAN1 | VLAN ID |
To clear all entries from the table, click Remove All.
