It also performs end-to-end reachability tests to the remote router and voice ports. SNMP Trap Monitor displays the SNMP traps received from each router including those that alert the user of key voice quality degradation in real time. DSP Information provides DSP status, alarms and statistical data for the selected router. Router Utilities allow the user to backup the configuration to a TFTP server, save device configuration to NVRAM, display device configuration, and Telnet to the device. CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager provides the information required to manage voice networks. Reports include: who called, who was called, what was the duration of the call, was the call completed and if the call was not completed then why not? Reports are displayed in tabular or graphical form, and can be easily exported. Call History contains detail call records for all end-to-end calls that occurred between the user-specified report period. Quality of Voice Exception identifies call records that show poor Quality of Voice. Active Calls report presents all the active calls that are in progress at the time. Call Volume report shows total call duration and the total number of successful, failed, rejected and abandoned calls. CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager addresses the important issue of security by providing two levels of access and user permissions. Application based access specifies which clients are permitted to log on to the CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager server. Device based access specifies which users have read only or read/write access to a device. CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager has two levels of user settings for voice security: Admin user defines the routers that will be managed and configures valid users, routers and user access levels to each router. Also configures system administration parameters. CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager integrates with the CiscoWorks2000 family`s desktop`s application security system. This provides a common platform for running CVM alongside different applications that manage other router and switch functions CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager
