Documents are shipped from Cisco within 10 working days of order placement. Be sure to provide the following information when placing a purchase order:
Your company name and billing address
The address to which you want the order sent
The person we should contact to confirm your order and the date of delivery (including telephone and fax numbers)
A list of document order numbers and the quantity needed
