The new ATM 25 network module is designed to connect to an external ADSL modem, allowing branch offices to utilize the high speeds available with a ADSL connection. Speeds up to 8 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream can be achieved. The ATM 25 network module can connect to Cisco ATM-enabled ADSL modems, as well as to other vendors ATM-enabled ADSL external modems.
