Cisco`s AccessPath-LS3 access solution is designed to meet the demands of rapidly growing Internet Service Providers (ISPs), telecommunications carriers, and other network service providers who offer managed distributed Internet connections. AccessPath-LS3 also provides a ready solution for large enterprises as they expand their intranet requirements to include a significant component of dial access. As a member in a family of integrated solutions, the AccessPath-LS3 provides an immediate high performance solution for small to medium dial points of presence (POPs) in a single, complete solution. Built upon Cisco`s Dial Access Stacking Architecture (DASA), the AP-LS3 leverages the high-density AS5300 dial platform, the high speed FastHub 200 fast ethernet hub, and Cisco`s industry-leading 3640 router product, to ensure cost-effective scalability from 96- to 384-port capacity in North America and 120 to 480 port capacity in Europe and rest of the world. This architecture accommodates rapid growth in network demand as well as geographic reach. It offers breakthroughs in distributed and remote POP management, density, and scalability, while continuing to provide the rich set of access services that are part of Cisco IOS software. To complement its industry-leading networking equipment, Cisco has developed a full spectrum of support solutions. The Cisco lifecycle-focused portfolio features startup, maintenance, marketing, advanced and custom services to maximize and protect your investment. The following table lists the features and benefits available with the Cisco AccessPath-LS3. Cisco AccessPath-LS3 Large Enterprise Access System
