Product Overview

The Cisco 1528 Micro Hub 10/100 is an affordable, easy to use, autosensing 10/100 Fast Ethernet Hub for creating high-performance LANs in small offices and workgroups. A single Cisco 1528 Micro Hub 10/100 can create a LAN that connects up to eight PCs, printers, servers, and other devices at either 10-Mbps Ethernet or 100-Mbps Fast Ethernet speeds. The Cisco 1528 Micro Hub 10/100 supports Ethernet and Fast Ethernet users simultaneously and provides a cost-effective and seamless migration path to Fast Ethernet.

The Cisco 1528 Micro Hub 10/100 is an integral member of the Cisco Networked Office stack family of products designed to provide networking solutions for small businesses. Combined with the Cisco 1600 router series and other products in the Cisco Networked Office stack, the Cisco 1528 Micro Hub 10/100 provides high-performance local-area networking with secure, flexible Internet access.
