To ensure a successful installation and to reduce last-minute complications, complete the following steps before faxing the attached forms to Cisco Systems:
Step 1 Install your chassis using the instructions in the documentation shipped with the product.
Step 2 Connect your chassis to your network.
Step 3 Connect your modem to the chassis.
Step 4 Complete the Remote Configuration Customer Specifications form on the next page. Include the authorization number located on the registration card.
Step 5 Select the network worksheet that matches your chassis (see pages 3 to 48), and complete the worksheet.
Step 6 Fax the completed form and worksheet to Cisco Systems at 408 526-6951 at least five working days before the scheduled installation.
